But my friends called me mafe.
My career began in engineering, which I inherited from my father, who is also an engineer, allowing me to develop a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. However, I have always had a great passion for design and creativity, which led me to study multimedia design as a second career. My engineering experience has taught me to be resilient and find practical solutions, while design has provided me with the tools to create user-centered visual and functional experiences. The ability to adapt and work in teams remains key in my work as a designer.
Personally, I’m someone who never gives up and always loves to learn. I believe in the power of continuous growth, both professionally and personally. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and having fun, as I believe balance is key to staying motivated and inspired in everything I do.

My name is María Fernanda Flórez, but my friends call me Mafe.
I am a curious person who likes challenges. I like to work in a team, share ideas and learn from others. Although I’m just starting in the design world, I’m full of motivation and eager to grow. I like to stay active, bring a positive attitude to every project and show my full potential. I am motivated by creativity, as well as finding simple and practical solutions that connect with people. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, having fun and doing crossfit. I am a big fan of dogs, especially my pitbull Tango.
I believe balance is the key to staying motivated and inspired in everything I do.
